B. Braun Indonesia Celebrates International Women's Day 2023
12 March 2023 – As a form of appreciation at the commemoration of International Women's Day 2023, the management of B. Braun Indonesia distributed scented candles which symbolizes the persistence and contribution of women in protecting and improving the health of people.
Representing the management, Rainer Rupel, President Director and Eko Peryatno, General Manager of Plant B. Braun Indonesia directly expressed their appreciation by going around distributing candles and engaging with the women workers on duty. “Happy International Women’s Day to all the wonderful and strong woman. You make the world such a better place to live in,” said Rainer in the caption of the greeting card.
Workers are also invited to wear purple shades for three days, from 7 to 9 March 2023 and write an appreciative narrative with the theme of embracing equity or embracing equality, on the wall of appreciation that has been provided. This solidarity activity signifies the spirit of the value of Diversity or diversity, which is inherent in B. Braun's DNA. All activities are carried out voluntarily both at the Head Office and Factory B. Braun Indonesia.
