B. Braun Indonesia Celebrates Equity on Kartini's Day
Kartini's persistence in fighting for equality for women continues to inspire Indonesian women. The struggle to obtain equal rights is commemorated every April 21 as Kartini Day. This spirit was also celebrated at B. Braun Indonesia by inviting female employees to wear kebaya and cloth on Tuesday, April 23, 2024.
B. Braun Indonesia's female employees at both production and commercial locations uniformly wear cloth and kebaya when carrying out their work. This moment is also a form of support for Indonesian women to be able to work and be enthusiastic in realizing their dreams. B. Braun Indonesia also provides the pin “B. Braun Women" as a token of appreciation for the commitment of female employees in playing an active role in protecting and improving the health of the Indonesian people.
B. Braun as a globally managed family company is committed to providing an inclusive workplace and providing equal opportunities for all B. Braun Ambassadors to contribute to answering the challenges of the ever-growing world of health.
