This year's theme, "Navigating Success Together," marked the second phase of the company's strategic framework, The Next Decade (TND). The conference kicked off with a plenary meeting highlighting the company's accomplishments in 2023 and outlining strategic plans for 2024. Despite ongoing challenges, B. Braun remains optimistic about future growth potential, emphasizing this as a key motivator.

The conference continued with a Gala Dinner and Service Awards ceremony. Awards were presented to acknowledge the outstanding performance of the field force team in 2023 and to celebrate the long service of B. Braun Indonesia colleagues. The evening came alive with traditional dance performances, poetry readings by B. Braun colleagues, and a special performance by the renowned Indonesian music group, RAN.

Beyond business strategy alignment, BIDAC 2024 offered a unique learning experience through the "World Café" concept. Each department creatively designed their own “cafés”, fostering a memorable experience for participants. This initiative aimed to promote cross-departmental understanding by allowing colleagues from different sectors to learn about each other's TND strategies and processes and how they can contribute to departmental success.

The conference concluded with a team-building activity, "The B. Braun Amazing Race." This exciting challenge, based on the company's core values, divided participants into mixed-culture, region, and business groups. They competed in various challenges across five stations, fostering collaboration, respect, and mutual understanding. This activity aimed to set the stage for future harmonious cooperation across the company.
