B. Braun Indonesia Weaving Success and Embracing the Future on BIDAC 2025

B. Braun Indonesia recently held the B. Braun Indonesia Annual Conference (BIDAC) 2025 from January 21-23, 2025, at Hotel Tentrem, Yogyakarta. Themed "Embracing the New Era: Our Journey of Accountability, Trust, and Diversity," the event was attended by around 400 B. Braun Ambassadors from across Indonesia.

BIDAC 2025 aimed to review the previous year's performance and strengthen collective strategies to face the challenges of 2025.

The event began with a Plenary session, where the management team provided updates on the programs implemented and their achievements, as well as the business focus for the upcoming period. This session offered deep insights into the company's direction and the strategies to be adopted to achieve shared goals.

"In challenging conditions, let's make B. Braun a reliable partner in all situations and continue to strengthen our market position as an effort to protect and improve the health of people all around Indonesia. Let's face 2025 with full enthusiasm!" said Rainer Ruppel, President Director of B. Braun Indonesia.

Facing 2025, B. Braun Indonesia has set several key business strategies to continue growing and evolving. These strategies include digitizing business processes to improve operational efficiency and provide better customer service, strengthening strategic partnerships with various parties to expand reach and enhance market competitiveness, and focusing on sustainability by implementing responsible business practices to support environmental preservation and community welfare.

The first evening of BIDAC 2025 featured an awards ceremony for long service and service awards during the Gala Dinner. Enthusiasm was evident during the Gala Dinner, where participants wore attire with traditional Javanese touches. The Central Java area team performed a theatrical rendition of the legendary wayang story of Rama and Sinta, adding cultural richness to the event. The Gala Dinner reached its peak with a performance by Jogja's own singer, Ndarboy Genk, who enlivened the atmosphere with his popular Javanese koplo songs, bringing joy and excitement to all attendees.

BIDAC 2025 concluded with a team-building session at Oemah Kecebong, Yogyakarta. Dressed in traditional Javanese attire, participants were divided into several groups to complete a series of missions related to the company's core values. The highlight of this session was the creation of a "Gunungan," a Javanese ritual symbolizing prosperity and well-being. The Gunungan was then distributed to the local community as a form of gratitude for the company's achievements and hopes for the future.

With the successful hosting of BIDAC 2025, it is hoped that all B. Braun colleagues in Indonesia can draw positive values from the review of the previous year's achievements and continue to ignite the spirit in executing business strategies this year. With the spirit of protecting and improving the health standards of the Indonesian people, B.
